I really want to compliment you on your promptness, service, knowledge, patience (sorry you had to wait so long for our buyer,) presentation and summary, non-alarmist attitude, walk-through, humor, conversation, how quickly you got the report to us and the all-inclusive, but easy to absorb style of report, complete with photos. It was most impressive that you immediately remembered the buyer's one question later about the damp soil and knew exactly what it was.
We give you a 13 out of 10 score and will highly recommend you to all! It is such a relief to finally find "our" home inspector after shopping for the last few years!

My wife and I are currently in the process of buying a second home as an investment property. For piece of mind we opted to have the property inspected as a contingency for the sale.
